Residential anchored veneer is similar to the commercial version, except less stringent anchorage requirements. This is due to the maximum 25 foot height requirement, permissible for wood stud back-up.

For effective moisture control, air space should be 1/2' minimum, weep and vent holes should be spaced 24" maximum.
